Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients:

Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Honey
Poppy Seeds (optional)

Instructions

In an oil & vinegar cruet or plastic container with a tightly sealed lid, add about 2/3 of a cup of balsamic vinegar and 1/3 a cup of olive oil. Add one large teaspoon of honey. Add a few dashes of poppy seeds. Close the container tightly and shake well. To make the dressing creamy, add a bit of non-fat yogurt.

Serve over salad of your choice.
