I have been using Vitamedica multivitamin day and night for years. It has been a part of my daily regimen. Only the nighttime tabs that most of the time I forget to take. So I was left of mostly the night time tabs. That is precisely why I ordered 3 bottles of the morning tabs as I have more than enough of the evening ones.
