I was in a serious car accident several years ago where I slammed my knee into the dashboard of my car then got rear ended by someone going 70 mph. I had a bone bruise or some kind of bleeding or stress fracture. My skin was discolored and extremely tender for a year. It healed, but took a long time. Recently, I was exercising and overdid it and caused the knee to flare up. It hurt so badly I had trouble walking. NSAIDS didn’t do much, Voltaren didn’t either. But this gel works! After applying a few times yesterday and once today, the pain is much better!

Muscle pain in leg following hip surgery was precluding full participation in physical therapy. Upon advice from PT began using Arnica gel. Positive result reducing pain level allowed for full course of successful therapy.
Usually takes over two weeks for the bruises to be gone ( or longer ) but the newest bruise on my arm was gone in a little over a week. Wish I had taken pictures.
